Doraville distributor seeks a qualified Customer Service Representative. The duties of this position include handling incoming customer calls and e-mails, entering orders into the computer, assisting customers with inquiries and problems, and other general office functions.
Candidate must be extremely detail oriented, have the ability to multi task, be able to handle a high volume workload, learn quickly, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. In addition, candidates should be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (Power Point a plus). Previous experience in a smaller company work environment is also a plus.
