We are providing real estate services as a real estate agency in Kyiv, Ukraine. Experienced brokers, layers and advisors, working for at least 7 years on Ukrainian market, dealing with all kinds of non-movable property (land, houses, apartments, commercial property, etc.). We have a traditional custom here in Kyiv and in most cities of Ukraine that the agency commission is about 5% (sometimes less for large objects) is being paid by buyers. Sometimes large commercial properties are sold without commissions (commission is being paid by seller) like in US. A foreigner has to obtain an ID number from Ukrainian tax administration before buying property here.
