Jailbreaking installs a program called Cydia. Cydia allows you to install apps Apple does not want you to have. These things normally include changing the phone in ways they reject for the regular app store. They are 100% safe, tested, and popular! If you need help installing programs from Cydia, or with the app store hack, I offer a service of 20 apps for $5, or 100 apps for $20. This will install, and set up your apps. You'll have no problems using them on the ride home!
Unlocking allows you to use your iPhone with a T-Mobile, or international SIM card. You may also use it with carriers such as Simple Mobile or Family Mobile, companies who rent from the AT&T and T-Mobile cell towers.
